Business ethics is the written and unwritten principles and values that govern decisions and actions within companies. Business ethics is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics that examines the ethical and moral principles and problems that arise in a business environment.

In this course, one will be learning about the philosophy and framework of ethical conduct, as well as the codes of professional conduct which are explained in accordance with their related regulations. One will also learn how practical situations are analysed to enable the practitioner to make professional judgments in relation to the applicable code of professional conduct. This course will also cover how professional judgment is exercised in line with the organisational code of ethics. Lastly, one will learn how ethical procedures are used in the professional environment that complies with the code of professional conduct.
