- Reviews
In this course, we will firstly be looking at how to conduct a stakeholder analysis in order to identify all stakeholders for a particular project. Until you are sure who is the role-players involved, you won’t know how to plan accordingly. We will investigate how stakeholders are analysed to determine their influence and authority on the project, and focus on how a stakeholder list is produced to reflect their roles, responsibilities and impact on the project. Once we’ve identified the stakeholders, you will learn to plan business activities for a project. The business activities can be determined once you have established the business’ specific goals and objectives, which we will cover in session 2.
Next, we will be focusing on the role of communication in the successful completion of a business analysis. This includes factoring in the cultural diversity in your business or organisation, the type of project, and how frequently you should communicate. And to whom? How formal should you be? Lastly, we will be focusing on managing all of these aspects. Setting up a management plan will include traceability, matrices, and how to manage unexpected changes. Because let’s face it, change is inevitable.
