Problem Solving Techniques

In order to make strong and innovative decisions, organisations need certain processes in place. Logical problem solving and error detection techniques is a key skill in learning how to accurately identify problems and their causes, generate potential solutions, and evaluate all the possibilities to arrive at a strong corrective course of action. This unit standard is intended for people who are, or seek to be, problem solvers in business analysis.
